Refund and Returns Policy

At Loli Care Nie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@lolicarenie.com to request a return authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or defective goods).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at info@lolicarenie.com. If the item you want is in stock, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you. You will be responsible for returning the original item and the shipping cost for the new item.

Non-returnable Items:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes items that are clearly marked as final sale or have been worn or used.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lolicarenie.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for damaged goods at no extra cost.

  2. Package the item securely with the original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
