- Overnight Shipping: Available for select products and locations. Orders placed with overnight shipping are delivered the next business day if placed before 2:00 PM EST.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery address.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 within the continental United States.
- International shipping costs will vary based on the destination. Additional taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
4. Delivery Times
- Domestic Deliveries (within the United States): Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping options will reduce the delivery time to 2-3 business days and 1 business day, respectively.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders will vary based on the country and chosen shipping method. Please note that customs and import duties may delay delivery times.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to locations within the United States and select international destinations.
- Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal or logistical reasons. If this applies to your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative solution.

- Loli Care Nie is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- If your package has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local postal service or courier and contact us for further assistance.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We can ship to P.O. Boxes for certain orders, depending on the size of the item(s) and the shipping method selected.
